Course outline

The course aims to further improve the skills of those who completed Beginning Arabic 1 and Arabic 2 or similar study, to develop your communicative skills in a wide range of contexts.

Learning outcomes

By the end of the course, you should:

  • have and use a wide range of sentence structures and phrases
  • have a greater variety of vocabulary
  • be able to use everyday verbs and their conjugations
  • have a good balance between understanding the systems of Arabic grammar and vocabulary
  • develop skills of understanding and producing Arabic in speech and writing

Who should enrol

Students who have completed Beginning Arabic 1 and 2 or similar (approximately 40 hours of study).

Course materials

You will need to bring 2x exercise books, a pencil and an eraser.
