Calling all new and aspiring leaders and managers! Gain fundamental and practical leadership skills as you examine key principles, case studies, and commonly encountered scenarios in this highly interactive and engaging course. Preceded by a short management skill diagnostic, walk away with your own individual action plan, developed throughout the course, filled with specific activities and tasks designed to quickly strengthen your management capacity.

The format of this course is delivered as two half-days, each running from 8.30am - 12:30pm. Light morning tea is provided.
