What to expect?

The initial coaching session is the platform to co-construct the outcomes of the coaching experience. The framework for coaching is established and ethical guidelines and professional standards clearly communicated. A coaching agreement is established.

The coach will establish a safe and supportive environment built on mutual respect and trust.  The coach will provide ongoing support for and champion new behaviour and actions. The coach is present and flexible during the coaching process, responding confidently and intuitively to the client.

Clients can expect:  to be listened to, to be supported and to be challenged.

The coach will facilitate the client to gain awareness, greater understanding and clarity and thereby achieve the agreed-upon results.  The coach will co-create with the client opportunities for ongoing learning and identify new actions that will achieve the agreed upon coaching results.

The agreed upon goals can be adjusted as warranted by the coaching process and the changes in the situation.  The coach will manage client progress and accountability.

Coaching qualifications

All of CCE coaches hold post-graduate qualifications in Business Leadership and are have a minimum of Level 2 Coaching with IECL Accredited Coaching Training Program.
